Culture Code:

This is a living document that is in constant evolution. It shares our models of the world and how we interact with it, with each other, and with the opportunities and challenges that shape our mission. It exists as a compass for those who choose to build, create, and lead inside the V1 ecosystem.

This code is not theoretical—it’s deeply practical. It’s how we think, act, decide, solve, and grow. It sets the tone for our culture, filters who joins us, and defines how we show up in the world. If you’re reading this, it means you’re being invited into something more than a business. You’re stepping into a transformational movement—built on trust, courage, contribution, and the unwavering pursuit of extraordinary outcomes.

SECTION 1 - OUR FOUNDATION
